The Wizard of Oz - 2 Disc
Special Edition
In the classic film, The Wizard of Oz, young Dorothy
lives on a Kansas farm but a tornado relocates Dorothy, her house and
her dog,
Toto,
into the Land of Oz. Unforunately,
the
house lands on one of the evil witches. Oz is a strange and beautiful
place but all that Dorothy wants is to get back home to Kansas.
Along
her journey, she's helped by the Good Witch of the North, but she's
in trouble with the Wicked Witch of the West, whose sister was crushed
by Dorothy's house. The only person who may possibly have the power
to return Dorothy to Kansas is the all-knowing, all-powerful Wizard
of Oz. On her journey to find the Wizard, she's joined by a Scarecrow,
a Tin Man and a cowardly lion. Stars Judy Garland, Frank Morgan,
Ray
Bolger, Bert Lahr, Jack Haley, Billie Burke, and Margaret Hamilton.
Selected for the Library of Congress National Film Registry of American
